Singapore companies that were amalgamated
Type a company name, a former name or a UEN. 2,669 amalgamated companies, from the ACRA file of 16 September 2026.
Did your company absorb this one? Its internal data may still have value — see the data of a company that no longer exists. Or a dated record report.
What this is
When two or more Singapore companies amalgamate, one continues and the others stop existing as separate companies. ACRA marks those as “Amalgamated”. This site lists them: the name, the UEN, the last annual return, the activity, the last registered address and the previous names.
Who uses it
- Customers and suppliers — the company I dealt with no longer appears: was it merged?
- Former employees — find a former employer under the name it had.
- Still being wound up? — see Singapore companies in liquidation.
What it is not
Not ACRA, not BizFile, and not a certificate. The open file does not say which company absorbed this one, nor when: for that, buy the business profile on ACRA's BizFile. An amalgamated company did not fail; its business usually continues under another name.
